Refund & Returns Policy

Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be free from make-up and any scents (deodorant, perfume or washing powder).

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

We do not accept returns on marked down/sales items.

Please be aware that any item bought at a pop-up are not eligible for a refund or exchange unless the item is faulty.

Please allow 14 days from the date we receive your product(s) for your refund to be processed.

We will not refund the initial delivery charge out to you, only the price of the product.

 

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you think you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please send clear images and specific details of the issues to [email protected] If we deem your item to be eligible, we will refund you the cost of the item together with postage.   

We are happy to replace/refund goods in the case of a manufacturing fault. Kozy Kikoy does not accept returns on items damaged by general wear and tear. Kozy Kikoy reserves the right to determine a genuine fault in the clothing. If an item is deemed as having manufactured damage/fault, you will not incur any additional costs and will be offered a replacement item or a refund.

If goods are considered damaged in transit, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product. You then have 14 days to return the product to us together with proof of purchase.

 

Exchanges

If exchanging an item, the price must match that of the item purchased when you bought it. If the item chosen is out of stock, the replacement order will be placed on backorder.
If you wish to exchange for an item of a different price, your item must first be returned, and a refund issued and a new order should be placed.

Goods should be returned by registered post only. We cannot be held responsible for the postage of your return back to us.
You will need proof of postage if the returned parcel is lost and you need to make a claim to your carrier.

 

Returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Place Farm, Rougham, Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk, IP30 9LR.

You will be responsible for paying for your own postage costs for returning your item. Postage costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, it may take longer for us to receive your return package. Similarly, it may take longer for your exchanged product to reach you.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable postage service or purchasing postage insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
